Chocolate Coconut Loaf

If there's one thing better than a slice of crusty bread from a fresh loaf, it's this chocolate coconut loaf. Maybe it's the loaf shape, or perhaps chocolate is the culprit. Whenever chocolate is involved (whether it be actual chocolate or chocolate flavoured protein powder) only good things can come from it.

Ingredients


1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo Bean (Chick Pea) Flour
2 Scoops of Chocolate About Time Protein Powder 
3/4  Cup of Unsweetened Almond Breeze Milk
25g Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Natvia
2 tsp Baking Powder




Directions


Sift the flour and protein powder, then mix with the shredded coconut
Whisk the eggs and milk in a separate bowl
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together
Pour into a silicone loaf mould
Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 40 to 45 minutes

Makes 8 slices
