Chocolate Coconut Loaf

If there's one thing better than a slice of crusty bread from a fresh loaf, it's this chocolate coconut loaf. Maybe it's the loaf shape, or perhaps chocolate is the culprit. Whenever chocolate is involved (whether it be actual chocolate or chocolate flavoured protein powder) only good things can come from it.

This loaf is gluten free, high in protein and has no added sugar. Don't believe me that a sugar free loaf can taste delicious? Try this recipe and see for yourself.
