Double Berry Smoothie

Today's recipe involves me experimenting with brown rice protein powder. 

Brown rice is a great protein powder alternative for those of you who are vegan, or experimenting with veganism.

The texture is different to that of a whey protein, however, when mixed in a blender with other ingredients, you can hardly tell the difference. 






Ingredients


3 Tbsp Jarrow Mixed Berry Brown Rice Protein Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze Milk
50g Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
30g Frozen Raspberries
Ice Cubes


Directions

Chuck everything into a blender and pulse until combined
Pour into a glass and enjoy
