All you need is a protein bar. That's it. One item.
Protein bars, in particular Quest Bars, can go from being chewy to crunchy in a matter of minutes.
These cookies are something a little different than eating a protein bar as is
I took my three favourite Quest bars:
Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cinnamon Roll and made them into cookies.
Cut your bar into 6-7 pieces
Use a rolling pin to flatten the pieces
For a crunchier cookie, roll them really flat
I like them crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle, so I only squish them a little
Pop them in a 180 degree celcius oven for 7-10 minutes
