Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

You might be surprised that the main form of coconut used in today's recipe is actully coconut oil.

Oil is not something you would usually associated with smoothies, or eating. However, popping some coconut oil into your morning smoothie means you get a dose of healthy fats.

1 Scoop of MRM Rich Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze Milk
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Ice Cubes
(Garnish) Desiccated Coconut


Throw everything except the desiccated coconut into the blender
Pulse until well combined
Pour into a glass and top with the coconut
