Beetroot, Apple & Orange Popsicles

In Australia, Summer and beetroot go hand in hand. Usually it's reserved just for salads and some sort of burger, but with the new Cawston Press Juice, you can now drink in all the beetroot goodness.

Beetroots contain potassium, magnesium and iron as well as vitamins A, B6 and C, and folic acid. They've been referred to as a superfood, without the price tag, as they have been found to reduce blood pressure and even help your body respond better to exercise "by balancing oxygen use and increasing stamina."

I'll have a full review of the Cawston Press beetroot juice up soon, but for now enjoy this popsicle recipe.

2/3 Cup of Cawston Press Beetroot Juice
2/3 Cup of Nudie Nothing But Apples Juice
2/3 Cup of Nudie Nothing But Oranges Juice
3 tsp Norbu Sweetener
