Raw Vegan Baklava Bites

Today's recipe post is as short as the recipe takes to make.
I forget whose vlog it was, but they said if you stuffed a date with a walnut and cinnamon it tastes like raw vegan baklava - and it does! Give it a try. 

Ingredients

Fresh Medjool Dates
Walnuts
Ground Cinnamon


Directions

Cut a slit into the date and carefully remove the pit
Stuff one walnut into each date and then dust with cinnamon
If you make these in advance, store them in the refrigerator

1.8g fibre



They couldn't be quicker or easier to make; they're a perfect snack for when you're rushing out the door.
