Dairy Free Tropical Smoothie

With the warm Autumn weather Melbourne is having at the moment, I have been craving tropical flavours. It may also be the wardrobe full of fruit pouches (more on that in a future post) that has me in such a fruity mood.

I stuck my head in my bursting pantry and fridge/freezer for some tropical ingredients to whip together. And by adding just a dollop of coconut cream, it takes the smoothie to another level.

This smoothie is so thick and creamy that if you pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours you could have a delicious ice cream/sorbet for after dinner. Whichever way you choose, you won't be disappointed.

100g FreshFields Fast & Fruity Tropical pouch (frozen)
2 pieces (10g) of Fruit For Life Dried Mango (rehydrated in water)
1/4 Cup of Orange Juice
30ml of Woolworths Macro Coconut Cream
1 Guava

Peel the skin from the guava and add to the blender with the other ingredients
Pulse the blender until smooth and pour into a glass
