[Product Review] Natvia Icing Sugar

One of the perks of being a Natvia blogger is that I get to sample some of their new products.
Recently I was sent a sample of the new Natvia Icing Sugar.

Yes, there's a brand new addition to the Natvia family.

There's the granular Natvia for your tea and coffee, baking Natvia which is finer and useful for baked items, and the new icing sugar is even finer again. There really is a Natvia product for all your sugar replacement needs.

There's a simple frosting recipe supplied on the packaging to get you started, and from there you can get experimental. The much finer texture of the product makes it the perfect substitute for regular icing sugar in recipes such as frosting, macarons and meringue.

I used my Natvia icing sugar to make some frosting for the Peanut Butter & Gingerbread Loaf I made the other day. It went down a treat with my whole extended family - they had no idea that what they were eating was actually healthy!

So now not only can you bake all the sugarfree cakes as you please, there's Natvia Icing Sugar to create the perfect sugarfree frosting.

Where to buy

You can find Natvia Icing Sugar and all Natvia products in the Sugar/Baking aisle of Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.
