Easy Vegan Peach Sorbet

What to do when unseasonably hot weather hits Melbourne? Make sorbet, of course. And the one I'm showing you today is the easiest you will ever make.

Just one ingredient, a freezer and a blender is all you will need for this frozen fruity guilt-free a treat.

1 Pouch of Freshfields Peach Fast & Fruity

Put the fruit pouch (in the packaging is just fine) in the freezer for a few hours to freeze almost completely
Grab some kitchen scissors and cut the packaging away from the frozen fruit
Chop the frozen fruit into smaller chunks before placing in your blender
Pulse your blender (or food processor) until the fruit becomes smooth like sorbet
Scoop, serve and enjoy

Makes 3 serves
(with a litle leftover to sneakily scrape and eat out of the blender)
