Low Fat Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Starting off the day right is important for sustained energy and a clear mind.

Something which I have been enjoying lately is this vegan, low fat Cherry Ripe Smoothie.




Sneaking water into smoothies, adds volume but also contributes towards my daily goal of
consuming between 2 and 3 litres of water per day. It's important that the water
is filtered, removing any nasties, but is also tastes so much cleaner and refreshing. 

Another secret to this smoothie is using a combination of (homemade) coconut milk
and filtered water. The milk still adds that burst of coconut flavour and gives a creamy
consistency, but keeps the smoothie lower in fat.



Directions

It's a simple as adding all the ingredients into a blender and pulsing until smooth
