Orgran is an Australian brand I've come to love since going vegan as 90 out of 98 of their products are vegan. They're a brand I know and trust for making quality products which is why I've reviewed them before on the blog.
A few weeks ago I introduced you all to Orgran's Gluten Free Multigrain Chia Crackers. And, today, I am sharing my thoughts on their Garlic & Herb Croutons - another product I won from a past Facebook competition.
Croutons are food item that you generally use on a regular basis, which is something Orgran have taken into account with their packaging design. The four suggested serves are sealed in their own individual bags, so you can avoid a whole package going to waste.
Personally, I find that the serving size could easily satisfy two people, so you're really getting 8 serves out of the box.
Croutons are croutons, so there's no secret or special way to use them. Top a soup with them, or toss them through a salad for that extra crunchy element.
There's no doubting the flavour of these croutons as the smell wafts up your nose, in a delightful way. The mix of herbs, including rosemary, paprika, onion and parsley, plus the garlic mean these tiny, crunchy, gluten free bites are sure to add a punch of flavour to any dish they're paired with.
Orgran's croutons have half the fat and almost a third of the sodium of other brands. Healthier, tastier and gluten free - even if you're not a celiac or gluten sensitive, these croutons are that good, you'll never purchase another brand ever again.
Would I repurchase Orgran Garlic & Herb Croutons? Yes.
Top Tip:
Much of the Orgran product range is not available at Coles, so head to the Aussie Health Products website where they stock 89 of 98 Orgran products.
