[Product Review] Buontempo Rice Pasta

There's this misconception that everything gluten-free tastes like cardboard - much to the contrary. Buontempo rice pasta, actually make from a mixture of rice and corn, is a quality gluten-free pasta brand.

I've found that this pasta digests better for me than pure corn pasta. I feel lighter after eating it than I do after consuming traditional wheat pasta.

If you need to cook a meal for someone gluten sensitive or intolerant, then this pasta is something which you can both enjoy.

Use Buontempo rice pasta to make this super simple and super fast 10 minute pasta and sauce recipe.

One downside to this pasta, however, is that it does not do well when re-heated the next day - I've found that it can break down into small pieces.

Although, since the pasta cooks in under 10 minutes it's not that much of a hassle to cook it from scratch each time you need it.

Where to Buy
