Sometimes when you have a craving for chocolate, dark chocolate just doesn't cut it.
It doesn't quite taste the same as regular dairy milk chocolate, but you can definitely differentiate this from dark chocolate.
Eating it alone, it does melt in your mouth quite nicely, however there seems to be a little chalky texture which could be attributed to the use of soy flour to make it.
Despite being 42% sugar and the brand called Sweet William, this chocolate isn't all that sweet.
